How to search for cards

Search on WaifuCards works by character, title, set, rarity and card number — in Russian and English, tolerating different spellings of a name. Values can be listed with commas, excluded with "!", and matched exactly in strict mode.

Core filters

Filters combine and stay in the page URL, so any result is a link you can share.

FilterWhat it doesExample
charactercards featuring this character/cards?character=Hatsune Miku
titlecards from this title/cards?title=Genshin Impact
setcards from a set/cards?set=NS-13
raritycards of this rarity/cards?rarity=SSR
numberthe card with this number/cards?set=NS-13&number=5

Operators and modes

They work in the text filters: character, title, set and rarity.

Comma means "or" rarity=SSR,UR shows cards of both rarities.
Exclamation mark excludes rarity=!R drops everything matching R from the results.
Strict mode By default the search matches substrings, so "SR" also finds "SSR". Strict mode demands an exact match.
Numbered print runs only Keeps only cards with a print number — the ones printed in a limited quantity.
Priced and in stock In market and collection views, hides listings without a price or with nothing left.

Names get spelled differently — that is handled

One character gets searched under a dozen spellings. The search normalises them.

Sasuke spelled either way is one character Japanese transliteration variants are normalised on both sides — in your query and in the database.
Russian and English Characters and titles store both names, and the search checks both.
Meaning-based search When nothing matches exactly, semantic search kicks in and suggests the closest match.

Common questions

How do I find cards with two characters at once?
List them separated by commas. Cards featuring both are ranked above cards featuring only one.
How do I see only what is for sale?
Add the "on sale" slice — that is /cards?list=sell, and any filter can be layered on top.
Can I intersect results with my own collection?
Yes: the personal feed on the home page can show only listings that match your likes or wishlist.
How do I find cards that can be pulled in the gacha?
There is a "virtual" filter: it keeps cards from sets with an active virtual gacha.
