Buying and selling from another country
Cards are sold by collectors to each other, and they do not all live in one country. Here is what to know before you order: who ships where, which currency you pay in, and who is responsible for the parcel.
Shipping
The real obstacle is not language — it is whether anyone will ship to you.
Check the seller country
Every listing shows where it is from, and card search has a filter by seller country. Start there if you would rather not wait for a parcel from the other side of the world.
Terms live in the seller shop
Sellers state where they ship, how, and from what order value. You see it at checkout, before the order is sent.
Ask before ordering
If your country is not mentioned, message the seller straight from the listing. That is faster than placing an order and cancelling it.
Shipping is arranged by the seller, not by the site. WaifuCards tracks the deal and keeps its history, but it does not send the parcel and is not responsible for it.
Currency
A listing is priced in the seller currency, so you see the real number without doing maths.
Supported: Russian ruble, US dollar, euro, Ukrainian hryvnia, Chinese yuan and Belarusian ruble. You can pick your display currency in profile settings.
Conversion to your currency is for reference only. You pay in the currency the seller named, and you agree the payment method with them: the site does not process payments.
Language
The interface and the texts are translated into six languages: Russian, English, French, German, Indonesian and Thai.
Character and title names are searchable in both Latin and Cyrillic: “Ганьюй” and Ganyu are the same card. Set codes are always the original ones used by the manufacturer.
The language switch is in the site header. Other languages fall back to an in-browser translator — that text is machine-made, which is why we do not present those versions to search engines as full translations.
How a deal works
The same in every country: everything happens on the site, no need to move to a messenger.
- Cart Listings are grouped by seller, so each seller becomes a separate order.
- Checkout You see the seller terms: minimum order, discounts, shipping options.
- Order It goes to the seller in chat and becomes a deal with seven statuses, from picking to confirmed delivery.
- Review After delivery both sides can leave a review — buyers about sellers and sellers about buyers.
The site takes no commission: the money goes to the seller in full.
The site is not an escrow service: it neither processes nor holds payments. That makes choosing a seller part of the purchase — check deal reviews, a confirmed account and response speed, which is computed from the deal timestamps and cannot be faked.
